A short update on the hardware outage.
We have been experiencing intermittent hardware glitches on our main GPU node from this morning that has been impacting the service of our inference models. We working through different options for a solution as we speak.
Next week, we will receive additional hardware and then we will be more resilient to hardware issues such as the one today.
We hope to have a resolution this evening - and will post updates as soon as we have visibility on the solution.
We have been informed that we should expect replacement parts and the server up and running at around lunchtime tomorrow. We are truly sorry for this.
We are really looking forward to having real GPU redundancy as we get additional GPU node next week.
